ABOUT DANNYELLA
Music found me in an unexpected way.
Although songwriting had always been part of my life, learning the guitar became a way to connect with a young person I loved.
What began as an act of relationship unexpectedly became the beginning of my journey as a recording and performing artist.
Today, I front a Leeds-based gospel-infused soul band creating unforgettable live experiences through soulful storytelling, gospel spirit and rock energy.
My songs celebrate freedom, hope and our shared humanity, inviting audiences to sing, dance and connect in the kind of atmosphere where strangers become a crowd, and a crowd becomes a community.
